We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1000 within South Africa.
Standard delivery is between 7 to 14 days, depending on the order’s final destination (excluding customs clearance).
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 (SAST).
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
The courier company offers an optional insurance protection service.
A DHL delivery fee will apply to all orders delivered outside South African borders, regardless of the order value.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
